Sarah-Jayne Dominic is Senior Strategic Advisor at the Global Reporting Initiative, and previously led technical experts in developing global sustainability standards. She is currently the chair of the ICAS Sustainability Panel and a member of the ICAS Policy Leadership Board.
Sarah-Jayne Dominic is currently Senior Strategic Advisor at the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). In this role she advises Executive Management and the Board on various strategic initiatives including collaboration with other organizations in the area of sustainability reporting. Prior to this role, Sarah-Jayne was a Senior Manager in the GRI Standards Division, leading groups of technical experts to develop global sustainability standards and working on technical projects with other standard setters, giving her an excellent understanding of a range of sustainability standards and frameworks. Sarah-Jayne also brings a wealth of experience from her 16 years of working at PwC across four countries in a variety of roles covering financial audit, non-audit assurance services, financial and non-financial reporting, risk management, and quality and compliance.
Sarah-Jayne is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS), and currently Chair of the ICAS Sustainability Panel and member of the ICAS Policy Leadership Board. She has her MA (Oxon) in Mathematics, BSc in Environmental Studies, and MSc in Sustainable Business.
