After spending 25 years in strategic philanthropy, higher education and the public benefit sector, Tracey has learned that the most innovative solutions are developed when people from diverse perspectives and disciplines come together to look at an issue in a new light. Tracey is passionate about strategic design, investing in systemic change and advancing the thinking to achieve better social impact in addressing society’s complex social problems
Tracey is currently the Lead for Innovation for the Ontario Trillium Foundation. Over the last 10 years, she has focussed her work on investing and fueling social innovation at the grassroots, community and systemic levels. She has a Master of Social Work in Community development and social policy and a graduate of the Social Innovation Diploma program at the Waterloo Institute for Social Innovation and Resilience at the University of Waterloo.
