Dan Kershaw has the vision to eliminate furniture poverty across Canada applying innovative models in the collection and redistribution of quality furniture to families in need. Transforming housing into a place to call home improves health outcomes, increase financial stability and reduces the environmental impact wasted furnishings.

Gord Tanner

Gordon Tanner is the Director of Homelessness Initiatives and Prevention Services at the City of Toronto. Having previously opened a number of new shelters, including services for LGBTQ2S youth, he oversees the city’s shelter, 24-hour respite programs, and street outreach services.
